Kelsea Ballerini has officially entered vacay mode! The country singer just posted the cutest recap of her tour with Kenny Chesney, which wrapped earlier this week in Orange Beach, Alabama. In addition to some adorable snaps with Kenny, Kelsea flaunted her rock hard abs, legs, and her ability to crush an ice bath.

Country fans were loving this content—what makes a more dynamic duo than Kelsea and Kenny? Even Reese Witherspoon gave her seal of approval.

"Oh I love this! 💕 Making Tennessee proud," the Legally Blonde star wrote. "What a duo!!" another comment reads. Of course, fans weren't shy with dropping lots of "🔥" and "❤️" for Kelsea, either.

The "MUSCLE MEMORY" singer certainly knows how to tone her own. The star works with celebrity trainer Erin Oprea to keep her abs toned and fab. The trainer told PEOPLE that a lot of Kelsea's chiseled tummy comes from her diet, but she also hits the gym hard.

“She might not love working out, but she does it and she does it well,” Oprea told PEOPLE in 2017.

Oprea and Kelsea do Bosu ball throws (or crunches on a Bosu ball while tossing a weighted ball to a partner), sit-up claps, side planks, and elbow planks. When you want a serious burn, Oprea suggests doing the entire sequence together with minimal breaks in between. Phew. I'm tired just thinking about it!

Kelsea also obviously tones her legs, too. Oprea even developed a quick workout circuit for the singer's "hole in the bottle" track in 2o2o. The pair typically work out for 45 minutes, three days a week, Kelsea told Shape in 2021.

As for the diet that keeps her abs stellar, Kelsea uses the 80/2o rule. She loves balancing some McDonald's takeout with occasional meatless meals. Kelsea's ex-husband is a vegetarian, so she picked up some alternatives from him. "We cook a lot of lentil Bolognese, or we'll do Mexican bowls with tempeh instead of chorizo," she told Shape.

I love it! Keep being a queen, Kelsea!
