Metzger wins PA of the Year
The UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences has announced that Jay Metzger, M.P.A.S., PA-C, and assistant professor in the School’s Department of Physician Assistant Studies, has been awarded the “PA of the Year” by the North Dakota Academy of Physician Assistants.
Storage Pros adding new location in Moorhead
Storage Pros, a regional North Dakota and Minnesota based company, will be opening a new sales and rental container location May 20 at 2304 29th St. S., Moorhead, Minn., and will service Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and the surrounding area. Owner Mike DeSautel started the company in Grafton, N.D., in 1979 as a self-service storage facility and expanded into the sale and rental of storage containers. Storage Pros also operates container yards in Grafton, Thief River Falls and Minneapolis.

First Community Credit Union celebrates remodel
First Community Credit Union, located on 32nd Avenue, Grand Forks, is celebrating the completion of its building remodel with a grand re-opening celebration, May 20-24. Included will be consumer loan and CD specials, as well as a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Door prizes, giveaways and refreshments will be given out all week.

RiverView Health, Crookston, has been named a Best Places to Work in Healthcare award recipient by “Modern Healthcare.” RiverView is the only Minnesota healthcare organization to receive the 2019 honor, and they will be honored at the 2019 Best Places to Work in Healthcare awards gala in Dallas in September.
