Flight Of The Conchords is set to return, and more details have been revealed about the upcoming hour-long special.
The news first broke last week, with the show’s Jemaine Clement confirming that a “little something” is planned for fans of the cult show.
“We’d do something,” he replied when asked by EW if a Flight of the Conchords reboot was in the works. “We’re going to film a little something this year. We’re going to shoot an hour thing,” he added.
Now, HBO has confirmed that a one-hour special will be released in May. It will be taped during one of the shows of their upcoming UK tour and will feature new music and old material.

Flight Of The Conchords ran on HBO until 2009, following Clement and Bret McKenzie on their journey as “New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo.”
