Northam Calls For Some In-Person Learning By Mid-March
On Friday, Gov. Ralph Northam named March 15 as the date for all K-12 school divisions to make some form of in-person learning an option, a year after the governor ordered schools to close on March 13, 2020. Northam said he talked with superintendents Friday morning and expected school divisions will "come on board."

Amazon Plans 'Helix' Building As Centerpiece Of Arlington Campus
Amazon submitted plans Tuesday to Arlington County for the second phase of its $2.5 billion headquarters project. The new phase will feature a 350-foot helix-shaped office tower that can be climbed from the outside like a mountain hike.

CVS Adding Northern Virginia Stores To Initial Vaccine Locations
After CVS announced plans to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible groups at select stores, more Virginia locations will be part of that initial rollout, CVS announced Thursday. CVS expects the appointment scheduler will open as early as Feb. 9 when vaccines arrive at stores. Appointments are expected to begin on Feb. 11.
