Eric Church is ready to gather again with his fans after the coronavirus pandemic largely shut down the live event industry.

The country star announced “The Gather Again” tour dates Wednesday, including one fall concert in Upstate New York. Church will perform at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo on Sept. 25, at 8 p.m.

Tickets go on sale May 4 to members of his fan club, the Church Choir, and to the general public on May 7, at 10 a.m. through keybankcenter.com.

According to Billboard, the arenas will be sold at 100% capacity with seating in the round. Church said he’s encouraging people to get the Covid-19 vaccine so events can return to normal or close to normal.

“It became very clear to me that the only way to really get back to normal is through vaccinations,” the singer said. “You’ve got to get needles in arms.”

New York state has not yet allowed large venues to reopen at full capacity. Blue Cross Arena, which holds up to 13,000 fans, is currently only allowed to open for in-person events with a 10% capacity limit. All attendees are required to be vaccinated or test negative for Covid-19 within 72 hours of the event; masks, social distancing and temperature checks are also required, and attendees must stay in assigned seats.

Church, who won Entertainer of the Year at the 2020 CMA Awards, is best known for his like “Smoke a Little Smoke,” “Love Your Love the Most,” “Drink in My Hand,” “Like Jesus Does,” “Give Me Back My Hometown,” “Record Year” and “Round Here Buzz.” He plans to release three albums later this month, titled “Heart,” “&” and “Soul.”
