KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Popular singer and songwriter Adele said she will be supporting the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII for Taylor Swift.

During Adele’s residency show in Las Vegas on Saturday night, she shared her support and defended the fellow singer-songwriter against those sending hate for Swift’s attendance at NFL games in support of boyfriend tight end Travis Kelce.

In a video posted by a Taylor Swift Updates account on X, formerly known as Twitter, Adele addressed the audience over the criticism Swift has received, as she also shared who she wants to win Super Bowl LVIII.

“I think I want the Chiefs to win,” Adele said to the audience during her Saturday night performance at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace.

“And all of you that are complaining about Taylor being at the game, get a f—— life—it’s her f—— boyfriend!” she continued.

After saying she was rooting for the Chiefs, she explained how Swift has helped her enjoy NFL football.

“It’s actually made it a bit more enjoyable to watch, because, like I said, I have no idea what’s going on,” Adele said.

Swift is expected to be attending the Super Bowl in support of Kelce as Kansas City takes on the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

Sunday’s game will be the 13th game she has attended this season. The first game she attended was in September when the Chiefs played the Chicago Bears.

On Friday night, Jason Kelce, the brother of Travis Kelce, attended one of Adele’s Vegas residency shows.

In another video posted on X, Adele asked the audience who they’d like to win the Super Bowl, with them shouting out either the Chiefs or 49ers. Jason shouted out “Eagles!” in support of his team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

“What did he say?” Adele said. “You sound drunk and like you’re a football fan.”

All of this comes before the Kansas City Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
