Rochesterfest schedule for Tuesday

Here are the events scheduled for Rochesterfest today:

Rochesterfest Book Sale

• Rochester Public Library main floor auditorium, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every weekday during Rochesterfest

Used book sale with all proceeds going to the Rochester Public Library. Free book with Rochesterfest button.

Midday Theme: ‘The Magic of Art’

• Soldiers Field Park, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost $10.

Paint a bowl from Color Me Mine. Proceeds will support Chanel One’s annual Empty Bowls fundraiser.

Midday Entertainment — Wildflower

• Soldiers Field Park, Treasure Island Resort & Casino Stage, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Wildflower play eclectic, contemporary folk, soft rock music.

Latin Percussion/Drumming Workshops

• Soldiers Field Park, South Tent, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Shai Hayo, Salsa Del Soul’s music director, will lead a percussion workshop for a preselected group of local musicians.

Memphis Fifty Four plays rock and roll and blues music.

Salsa Del Soul is a Twin Cities-based orchestra that performs dance music from all over Latin America.
