WASHINGTON, DC — The Bombay Club will be reopening for service on Monday, Aug. 2 after undergoing a total renovation.

Located at 815 Connecticut Ave, NW, the Bombay Club opened in 1988. The restaurant’s new design scheme is being led by Harry Gregory of London-based ARA Design. The decor of the Bombay Club's existing private dining room, bar and main dining room will take on a new vibrant color scheme set against silk on the walls.

“It is time to update the restaurant with a new look that represents modern India,” Bombay Club owner Ashok Bajaj said in a statement. “We will be incorporating original works of art and contemporary décor elements, as well as creating a new kitchen for our culinary team.
