SILVER SPRING, MD — A driving instructor from Silver Spring has been charged with inappropriately touching two female students — one of them a minor — during their lessons this year, authorities said.

Leon Anthony Johnson Jr., 55, was arrested after the 16-year-old student reported the incidents to Montgomery County police.

On Aug. 31, the teen reported that Johnson, an instructor at Greg's Driving School, had "inappropriately touched her and attempted to engage her in inappropriate sexual conversation on two occasions," authorities said.
