EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — A 22-year-old East Rutherford man accused of providing obscene matter to and sexually exploiting a child was arrested on Wednesday in Paramus, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said on Thursday.

Damien Imbriano, a facility coordinator, was charged after a search of his house revealed that he had used the internet to engage in conduct that would "debauch" the morals of a child, sent obscene material to a child, and threatened to share sexually explicit photos of a child if more photos were not received.

In addition, Imbriano was charged with obstructing the investigation by deleting photos of a nude 14-year-old girl from his phone after law enforcement contacted him.
