Tyler Perry To Cover Rayshard Brooks' Funeral Costs

ATLANTA, GA — Tyler Perry’s list of charitable deeds in the Atlanta area continues to grow. The media mogul has offered to cover the expenses for the funeral of Rayshard Brooks.

According to WSB, one of the attorneys for the Brooks family made the announcement at a news conference. Brooks, a black man, was shot twice in the back by Atlanta police Friday at a Wendy’s.

The Atlanta media mogul has a track record for good deeds. Recently, Perry celebrated National Hospital Week at Grady Hospital by delivering gourmet meals to workers.

Perry picked up the tab for seniors at 44 different Kroger locations. Shoppers weren't told what was happening until they got ready to check out. In April, Perry surprised out-of-work employees at Houston's with a tip, that totaled $21,000.
