Teen Runs Away From Home After Family Argument In Wyckoff: Police

A 15-year-old ran away from home Tuesday morning after an argument with his family in Wyckoff, police said.

Officers asked for help in locating the teenager and found him later in the same area he was last seen, police said.

WYCKOFF, NJ — A 15-year-old boy ran away from home Tuesday after an argument with her family in Wyckoff, police Lt. Kevin Kasak said.

The runaway juvenile was found near the area of Wyckoff Avenue and Grandview Avenue shortly after he was reported missing by his parents, Kasak said. Wyckoff police issued an alert earlier today that he was missing.

Prior to being found, the teenager was last seen at 6:45 a.m. in the same area, wearing a hoodie and carrying an umbrella. Police said he was uninjured and turned over to his parents.
