• Kate Beckinsale just posted an Instagram showing off her super toned legs and abs.
  • The 45-year-old actress does strength training and yoga to maintain her fit physique.
  • She also keeps to a healthy life, with few sugary treats and no alcohol.

So…Kate Beckinsale is 45. Why does that matter? Because she just shared a selfie on Instagram, looking like she’s in her early 20s.

The Widow actress shared the photo with a simple lion emoji and gave a shout-out to makeup artist Chase Anton. Not-so-surprisingly, people are straight-up freaking out in the comments.

Tbh, that's not surprising, considering that photo. In it, a toned and tanned Kate is wearing, nay, slaying black leggings and a strapless bra/tube top thingy. Oh, and there’s a cake on the table in front of her, which she’s eyeing up the way you know you do when something amazing is right there for the taking.

Sure, her outfit is pretty basic, but that just makes Kate's ability to own it even more impressive. I mean, her biceps are perfectly toned, and her abs look phenom. Does she **really** need anything else? Nope.

But Kate doesn’t just post on Insta a lot about going to the gym—she works hard when she’s there. Case in point: those infamous toilet squats she grammed just a few weeks ago. (Might seem weird, but clearly it works.)

Plus, last year, she shared with Women’s Health UK her top four workouts to max out your core, butt, legs, and shoulders—and they're no joke. On the reg, Kate does lateral raises with a "teapot tilt," single leg squats, deadlifts, and fitness ball roll-outs to get that amazing bod.

She also consistently puts the "work" in workout. "Kate is a six-day-a-week person," her trainer Gunnar Peterson told Us Weekly. "She’s definitely up there among my hardest workers. I mean every single day is push, push, push." Gunnar also said that Kate "doesn’t have a sweet tooth" and doesn’t drink, so there’s that.

Oh, and she rotates in yoga sessions, to boot. "Kate likes the pure yoga," her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber told the publication. "The yoga gives you the strength and muscle toning without the sort of overly worked out look."

Yeah...it shows.
