Indecent Exposure At Tysons Walmart Leads To Charges

VIENNA, VA — A man is facing charges for an indecent exposure at Walmart in the Tysons area last Tuesday.

Around 6:45 p.m., Fairfax County Police were called to the Walmart at 1500 Cornerside Boulevard, Vienna, for a man who exposed himself to a woman and juvenile. Police say the incident happened in the clothes section, and the suspect allegedly walked away and returned to expose himself again.

The suspect left the store before police arrived. Hours later, loss prevention officers at Walmart spotted the suspect, and he was arrested. Marcus Aristal, 27, was charged with two counts of indecent liberties and two counts of indecent exposure. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Police believe Aristal may be a suspect in other exposure cases. Detectives are seeking more information on incidents between July 24 and 26 around Tysons Square Shopping Center, 8359 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, and Walmart, 1500 Cornerside Boulevard, Vienna.
