Riding on the high of his recent Grammy victory, Peso Pluma is heading back to the Bay Area this summer.

The 24-year-old Mexican pop star plans to stop at San Francisco’s Chase Center on Aug. 27 and the next night at SAP Center at San Jose, where he also performed in October, as part of his upcoming Éxodo Tour.

The tour is in support of his third studio album “Génesis,” which dropped in June and became the highest-ranked regional Mexican album, peaking at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.

Ticket presales begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21. A general sale begins at noon Friday, Feb. 23.

Following his first headlining tour in 2023, the Éxodo Tour will be a new production, complete with a reimagined set design and fresh set list, according to his tour announcement on Tuesday, Feb. 20. The “Bellakeo” singer-songwriter is scheduled to perform more than 35 shows across the United States, kicking off in Chicago on May 26 and wrapping up on Oct. 11 in Montville, Conn.

Peso Pluma took home his first Grammy for best música Mexicana album (including Tejano) earlier this month, and was announced as part of this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival lineup.
