Looks like Megan Fox’s lips are starring in a sequel to “Transformers.”
The raven haired actress was spotted emerging from a high-end Beverly Hills plastic surgeon this week with a kisser that looked noticeably plumper, according to new photos.
Fox tried to keep a low profile by dressing down in a baseball cap, sweats and hoodie, which she stretched over her face to keep prying eyes away from her lips as she got into an SUV to make her getaway.
The 35-year-old was leaving the offices of well-known plastic surgeon-to-the-stars Dr. Jason B. Diamond, whose clientele includes A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, and Kourtney Kardashian.
The double board-certified plastic surgeon performs everything from lip injections to face lifts at his Diamond Face Institute.
It’s not clear what, if any, procedure Fox may have had done, though some of the images show her lips looking a little fuller than in the past.
The “Transformers” alum’s plump pout has certainly been on display over the past year while packing on the PDA with her boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly.
She and the “Bloody Valentine” rocker have been open about their love for each other since they were first linked in July 2020.
They made their red carpet debut at the American Music Awards that November, and have seemingly gone from strength to strength ever since.

Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, said he threw a knife that was gifted to him by Travis Barker toward the ceiling, but when he tried to catch it, it went through his hand.
“You know how you throw it up and you’re supposed to catch it?” he told Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on “The Tonight Show.”
“I looked at [Fox], and I was like, ‘Check this out.’ And I was like, ‘Ugh!’”
