A dying Queens man refused to help police investigate his shooting outside a Brooklyn deli Sunday night, cop sources said.

Eric Ford, 28, was fatally shot once in the chest and twice in the leg outside a deli on the corner of Ralph Ave. and Lincoln Pl. in Crown Heights just after 7:20 p.m., police said.

Ford was conscious when police arrived at the location, but he refused to cooperate with investigators, police sources said. Medics took him to Brookdale Hospital, where he died of his wounds, police said.

Cops have not made any arrests.
