Jill Duggar has some tips on how to “love your husband,” which include refraining from “fulfilling sexual desires alone.”

“Have sex often!” the 28-year-old Duggar daughter wrote in the first of many tips on how to have a successful marriage.

Her advice continues, “You both need this time together regularly (3-4 times a week is a good start. lol).”

Duggar, who’s been married to Derick Dillard for five years, added that if you’re unable to have sex for an extended period of time or if there’s some type of health issue, to “find other ways to have fun and be intimate” and “Let your spouse know that you’re always available.”

“Guard against fulfilling sexual desires alone,” she continued. “Be open with your spouse about your desires and change things up to keep it exciting!”

If there are problems in the bedroom, she says not to be afraid to see a doctor or a counselor.

Jill is not the first Duggar to advise to always be available for sex.

In 2014, matriarch Michelle Duggar told “Today,” “In your marriage there will be times you’re going to be very exhausted. Your hubby comes home after a hard day’s work, you get the baby to bed, and he is going to be looking forward to that time with you. … Anyone can fix him lunch, but only one person can meet that physical need of love that he has, and you always need to be available when he calls.”

Other tips on Jill’s blog include, “Be open about everything,” “Look for ways to encourage your hubby, serve him and meet his needs,” “Look nice for him” and “Never allow your husband to think you’re his mother!”

Duggar and Dillard tied the knot in 2014 and have two sons together.
