LeBron James Passes Wilt Chamberlain to Become NBA's Fifth Leading All-Time Scorer

James passed Dirk Nowitzki for the sixth position on the list just last month.

Less than a month after passing up Dirk Nowitzki to become No. 6 on the NBA's all-time leading scorers list, LeBron James has reached the No. 5 spot by moving past Wilt Chamberlain

"If he stays healthy, the way he's looking and moving, he has a chance at Kareem (Abdul-Jabbar)," Dirk Nowitzki previously toldESPN. "His numbers have been unbelievable. He doesn't seem to slow down. The stuff he was doing last year in Year 15 was incredible. If he keeps this up, he can pass Kareem."

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar holds the No. 1 spot on the all-time scoring list with 38,387 points. Karl Malone comes in second with 36,928, Kobe Bryant is third with 33,643, and Michael Jordan is fourth with 32,292. At this rate, it seems pretty safe to say that LeBron will continue to climb up on the list.
