THERE has been disruption on the Chester Merseyrail service today (Friday, December 29).
Trains were delayed and cancelled on the Chester-Liverpool line after a passenger was earlier taken ill at Bache.
In addition, a shortage of crew has meant a number of services during the afternoon will be affected, with the 2.01pm Chester-Moorfields, 2.41pm Moorfields-Chester and 3.31pm Chester-Moorfields trains all being cancelled.
