Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss left suicide note,  phone set to airplane mode

Stephen “tWitch” Boss left a suicide note that vaguely alluded to old challenges he faced before his death in a California motel this week, according to a report.

Law enforcement sources said that the beloved “Ellen DeGeneres Show” DJ left the note in his Los Angeles motel room, where he set his phone to airplane mode to make sure concerned family and friends could not find him.

The note made an ambiguous nod to past challenges where it was unclear exactly what he was referring to.

The 40-year-old father of three seemingly took an Uber from his home early Monday to the Oak Tree Inn motel, which was less than a mile from his $4 million Encino home.

Unable to reach him, his wife, Allison Holker — a pro dancer who met Boss on “So You Think You Can Dance” — frantically raced to an LAPD precinct to raise the alarm over his unusual behavior.

Boss’ wife, Allison Holker, reported her husband to the police that morning after she noticed he had left their home without his car, which was unlike him.

Boss — who celebrated his ninth wedding anniversary with Holker just days before his death — previously opened up about his mental health struggles and overcoming adversity.

“For me, it just helps to know that it keeps going — it does, no matter what — even if something seems very devastating like there’s some kind of force that’s going to keep going and it’s there for you to naturally access.”

“Sometimes, I’m faced to make a choice that is the best possible choice I can make at that given moment. Now, will it be the perfect choice? No. Will it cause me to fall? Maybe, and if so, you’ve got to get back up really, really quick and pick up the lesson of whatever that is and then keep it moving because that’s kind of what life does.”

Boss and Holker shared daughter Weslie, 14, son Maddox, 6, and daughter Zaia, 3. They were planning on expanding their family prior to his tragic passing.
