Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is petitioning the Supreme Court of Florida to create a grand jury to investigate wrongdoings in relation to the COVID-19 vaccine.
In a news release announcing the move, he also announced the creation of the Public Health Integrity Committee, which aims to “assess federal public health recommendations and guidance to ensure that Florida’s public health policies are tailored for Florida’s communities and priorities.” The release went into depth about speculation as to harm allegedly caused by COVID-19 vaccines, making it one of the most high-profile moves by an official to question the safety of the vaccine.

The release went into more detail as to what the grand jury would entail and what its goals would be.
“The pharmaceutical industry and the FDA have refused to release patient-level data for independent researchers. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna have received FDA approval for pediatric and adult patients and continue to be marketed as safe and effective, even though the vaccines do not prevent transmission and adverse events have been minimized and disregarded by the Biden Administration and Big Pharma,” the release read.
The release also details the alleged harm caused by the vaccines, including conditions such as coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, and Bell’s palsy, among others.

“The Biden Administration and pharmaceutical corporations continue to push widespread distribution of mRNA vaccines on the public, including children as young as 6 months old, through relentless propaganda while ignoring real-life adverse events,” read the release.
