Cathay Closes All U.S. Cabin-Crew Bases as Virus Damage Rages On

Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. said it is closing all of its cabin crew bases in the U.S., a day after saying it expects to fly fewer than 1,000 people a day in April, or about 1% of its usual traffic.

The Hong Kong-based carrier has 286 cabin crew based in the U.S. cities of New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
