The former White House chief strategist's comments were made during a livestream of his online show War Room: Pandemic.
At the start of the discussion, Bannon said that the nation's top infectious disease expert and the FBI chief should be fired if Trump is reelected.
'The second term kicks off with firing Wray, firing Fauci,' Bannon says.
Bannon then went a step further with his remarks, saying: 'I'd actually like to go back to the old times of Tudor England. I'd put the heads on pikes. I'd put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats.'

Most recently, Trump called Fauci (right) 'a disaster' and claimed that the American people are tired of hearing about COVID-19. Sources close to Trump have also claimed that Wray (left) would be fired if Trump wins another term as president
Since Fauci was tasked to lead the coronavirus task force earlier this year, he has clashed with President Donald Trump on several occasions.
Most recently, Trump called Fauci 'a disaster' and claimed that the American people are tired of hearing about COVID-19.
'People are tired of COVID,' Trump said last month. 'I have the biggest rallies I’ve ever had. And we have Covid. People are saying: "Whatever. Just leave us alone." They’re tired of it,' he said.
'People are tired of hearing Fauci and these idiots, all these idiots who got it wrong,' the president added.
Meanwhile, there have also been talks about Wray getting the boot if Trump is reelected.
Wray is among several top US officials who are said to be on Trump's chopping block if he is to serve another 4-year term as America's president.
Firing Wray, who has been in charge of the FBI since 2017, will reportedly be Trump's first course of action, followed by the ousting of CIA Director Gina Haspel.
White House sources said that both Wray and Haspel are almost unanimously 'despised and distrusted' by Trump's inner circle.
Trump reportedly would have fired them both already, one source said, had it not been for the November 3 election.
The president's ire was apparently struck with Wray after he failed to launch a formal investigation into Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic nominee Joe Biden, and his business dealings in Ukraine.
Trump was also said to be left furious at his second FBI chief for failing to purge more officials that he believes abused their power to investigate his 2016 election campaign's alleged ties to Russia.
Additionally, Trump was reportedly aggrieved by testimony Wray offered to the Senate Homeland Security Committee last month, in which he stated the FBI has not seen widespread election fraud, including with mail-in ballots, contrary to Trump's repeated claims.
