ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington woman won the top prize in a Virginia lottery game not once but twice early last month, walking away with more than $200,000 in cash prizes. Rita Peak purchased two winning tickets for the same drawing of Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 game, nabbing $100,000 for each.
