Missing man with dementia found: Calgary police

A 64-year-old local man missing since Thursday morning has been found.

Calgary police first issued a news release Friday afternoon citing concern over the whereabouts of Joseph Salisbury. They said Salisbury was last spotted at the Peter Lougheed Centre at 2:50 a.m. on April 15, 2021.

Salisbury suffers from dementia.

On Saturday morning Calgary police sent a second news release to say Salisbury had been located early that morning.

No other details are known.
