Salesforce.com Inc. co-founder Marc Benioff has become a reliable critic of capitalism, skewering an ethos of profit at all cost. While that has sparked speculation he may consider public office, the billionaire mogul says he will remain in the private sector.

“I will never be a politician,” Benioff said on Bloomberg Television’s David Rubenstein Show broadcast Wednesday. “I will never run for office. I wouldn’t know how to run for office. I could not see how I could do that. I like to go to Hawaii ... enjoy myself. That doesn’t really work with that model.”
