The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce (PACC) is doing all that it can to support local businesses and organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and due to the governor’s Stay at Home Order.

This effort includes launching the ’Palatine Strong’ website at palatinestrong.com, in addition to making resources available on the PACC website (palatinechamber.com) relating to new grants and loans available for businesses, offered by the State of Illinois.

Whether they are opened or closed, all businesses and area organizations are invited to publish information via the Palatine Strong website to let residents know of their status, and what products or services they may still have available, include those online through their websites. The overarching goal is to help to promote and sustain our local businesses and organizations during this challenging and unprecedented time.

“We are working very hard to ensure we remain a helpful resource, not only for our members - but for all area businesses and organizations so they can stay connected to local residents,” said PACC Executive Director Steven Gaus. “We invite everyone to visit the Palatine Strong website, as well as the PACC chamber website for resources.”

Area residents are encouraged tell friends, neighbors, business groups and others about Palatine Strong. “We need to remind everyone that now is the time to shop and support local businesses and organizations in any way that we can – both are backbones of our local community,” Gaus said.
