Grand Forks Red River's homecoming royalty

Grand Forks Red River had its homecoming last week. Grand Forks Red River had its homecoming earlier this month, with Mara Grenier and Tanner Bernhardson named queen and king, respectively.

Also on the homecoming court were Campbell Dorsey (sophomore attendant), Jordyn Paranice (senior attendant), Kait Mercil (senior attendant), Kaitlin Knoll (junior attendant), Sadie Pasley (freshman attendant), Hunter McHenry (sophomore attendant), Drew Pineo (senior attendant), Joby Mullen (senior attendant), Justin Wasvik (junior attendant) and Reis Rowekamp (freshmen attendant).

Royalty was voted on by the student body on Oct. 3 and all royalty, aside from the king and queen, were announced on Friday, Oct. 4. On Thursday, Oct. 10, all royalty members took a limo ride to Rhombus Guys for lunch; later that afternoon, the king and queen were crowned by last year's royalty, Noah Bradbury and Sam Vorachek.

Royalty members were introduced during the homecoming game last week against Fargo Shanley.

Other Greater Grand Forks homecomings were held earlier in the fall. The members of royalty from those schools were announced earlier in the Herald.
