Antonio Brown shows off ‘circumcised’ feet during ‘Hard Knocks’

Antonio Brown’s choice in headgear isn’t the only storyline of the NFL preseason.

On Tuesday’s episode of “Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Oakland Raiders,” viewers were treated to a unique explanation regarding the receiver’s burned feet.

“I got circumcised on my feet, you know,” Brown commented. “Hopefully my feet born again and I frickin’ can run again faster. Feel sorry for me later, thank you.”

Brown burned his feet in a cryotherapy machine as a result of not wearing the proper footwear, per Pro Football Talk.

Although Brown’s predicament did give Jon Gruden a chance to check out other receivers on the roster, namely breakout rookie Keelan Doss, the coach seems eager to show off his shiny new toy.

“We got a pretty good team. I wish we would see our receiver at some point,” Gruden told Rams coach Sean McVay during a joint practice.

In addition to the wideouts, Gruden also zeroed in on the backup quarterback competition between veteran journeyman Mike Glennon and Bills flameout Nathan Peterman.

“You’re too nice,” Gruden said to Peterman. “You have to be more like me. You have to be a little bit of a jerk.”

Though Gruden’s budding love affair with Peterman has been well-documented, the coach would like to see the signal-caller break out of his shell.

“Hey, Nate, you gotta hurry up, man. So casual, like a house mouse,” Gruden said.

Peterman’s performance in the Raiders’ preseason win over the Rams did give Gruden something to talk about.

“As he continues to gain command of the offense he’s going to be an interesting guy to watch,” Gruden said.
