Anil and Chinmay were university classmates in India back in 2006 before becoming business partners. Anil moved to Hoover after Chinmay had been living in Huntsville for several years, and the two began exploring business opportunities together.

“We wanted to go into the restaurant industry because I have experience as a cashier and a manager, so I already understood important aspects of this business,” Anil said. “The food, though, was the biggest point of emphasis for us. As soon as we tried it, we were sold on the quality of the menu.”
