‘Bachelor’ creator Mike Fleiss files for divorce after 5 years of marriage

“Bachelor” mastermind Mike Fleiss has filed for divorce from wife Laura Kaeppeler after five years of marriage.

Fleiss, who married former Miss America Kaeppeler in April 2014, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. The reality TV veteran is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the pair’s 4-year-old son, Benjamin.

The filing also says that Fleiss, 55, and Kaeppeler, 31, had a prenuptial agreement, per The Blast.

This is Fleiss’ second divorce, as he and Alexandra Vorbeck called in quits in 2012. He married Kaeppeler in Malibu two years later, and the ceremony was officiated by longtime “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison.
