Laconia Woman Arrested On Drug Dealing Charges In Nashua

Police accuse Danielle Brogna of three counts of acts prohibited after a multi-month investigation in the Gate City.

NASHUA, NH — Police in Nashua arrested a Lakes Region woman on multiple drug dealing charges after a multi-month investigation. Danielle Brogna, 24, of Union Avenue in Laconia, was arrested Monday on three felony counts of acts prohibited, sale of a controlled drug-heroin. Several months ago, Lt. Brian Kenney of the Nashua Police Department said, "the Narcotics Intelligence Division conducted an investigation during which it was learned that Brogna was selling heroin."

After the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued and she was charged. Brogna was released on personal recognizance bail on July 29, 2019, and will be arraigned at a future date in the 9th Circuit District Division-Nashua Court.

Brogna is no stranger to police in the southern part of the state. When she was living in the Gate City last year, she was arrested during a Granite Shield drug operation on an acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug-heroin charge. Later that year, she was arrested on a bench warrant in Pelham. When she was living in Merrimack in 2015, she was arrested on a theft charge in Amherst.
