Gina Kirschenheiter wins $10K in monthly child support, primary custody

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gina Kirschenheiter has won nearly $10,000 a month in child and spousal support in her custody case against her ex-husband, court papers obtained by The Blast revealed Wednesday.

A judge at the Superior Court of Orange County last week also granted Gina legal and physical custody of her children: Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 3.

Meanwhile, the reality star’s ex, Matt Kirschenheiter, has scheduled visitation and was also ordered to do routine alcohol and drug tests.

The investment bank manager agreed to pay $4,500 in child support, $5,127 in spousal support for a total of $9,627 a month. The amount was based on his base salary and gross commissions of $421,000, according to court documents.

However, Radar Online reported on July 16 that Matt had been “let go” from PIMCO investment management firm. His current employment status is unknown.

Court documents in last week’s ruling also showed Matt, 35, is under strict restrictions regarding how much contact he can make with Gina, 35, when interacting with the children.

It states he must pick up the kids “curbside” — meaning he won’t enter her house — and has to stay at least 60 feet away from the reality star at all school and extracurricular events.

On August 14, a judge ruled the former couple’s divorce will be finalized after eight years of marriage on New Year’s Eve. Gina’s restraining order against Matt was also extended.

The Blast previously reported Matt was arrested on June 22 on suspicion of domestic violence. Page Six confirmed Gina filed a restraining order request two days later.

In court documents, the Housewife made several abuse allegations, claiming her ex “threw me down on the couch and threw some furniture around” and was “screaming in my face and saying he was going to kill me.”

On Tuesday night’s episode of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” Gina also alleged Matt had an affair when their youngest son was four months old.

Matt and a rep for Gina could not immediately be reached for comment.
