THE BRONX, NY – A Bronx burglar made a ridiculous getaway by climbing aboard a tiny motorcycle he'd stolen and careening through traffic, his knees sticking up above the handlebars, with a plastic bag on his head, surveillance video shows.

The clownish escape was made after the man forced his way into Botanica San Miguel, a store that sells religious goods, on Longwood Avenue and took items off the shelf and $160 from a cash register while wearing a plastic bag over his head, police said.

He then took a blue miniature electric bike from a back room and sped off down the street, the video released by the NYPD shows.
