Race organizer Steve Zimmermann reminds us that the long-running Thanksgiving Day Lou Marli Turkey Trot has been cancelled Thursday because of the pandemic. Instead, a virtual run for children will take place through Sunday.
The kids’ run has been dubbed the “Givin’ Thanks Virtual Youth Race run/walk” and is being offered virtually with adult supervision. Runners are reminded to run safely with social distancing.
