DC, NoVA Weekend: Cherry Blossom Parade, Wine Fest, Caps Playoffs

With the last weekend of the National Cherry Blossom Festival upon us, there are plenty of spring happenings around Northern Virginia and DC this weekend. You can find everything from a parade, wine festival and carnival to a Capitals playoff game.

We've rounded up numerous events going on from Friday, April 12 to Sunday, April 14. Some are free, while others have fees.

The larger events you'll find include: National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade, Newseum Nights: In Bloom, Annandale Carnival, DC Wine Fest, Washington Capitals vs. Carolina Hurricanes and Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival.
