ATLANTA, GA — Eleven TLC, a wellness company offering adaptogenic teas, lattes, caffeine — or TLC — and vegan soft-serve ice cream opened at Ponce City Market on Monday, the store announced in a news release.

Eleven TLC uses ethically sourced, organic ingredients and consults with experts in a variety of fields to craft the company's recipes that "provide true health benefits," including mixologists, functional medicine practitioners, doctors and recipe developers, the release said.

Company founders Hea Won Chun Harris and Charles Harris came up with the idea for Eleven TLC when they saw a need for shifting the standard of what makes a "healthy" beverage, according to the news release.

"Our mission is to create a 21st-century lifestyle brand that is enduring and leading, not only through amazing products but through the love and respect of our mother earth and all humanity," Hea Won Chun Harris said in the release. "We are so excited and proud of what we've been working on and can't wait to share it with everyone. This ideal was seeded over 11 years ago and has evolved since then, but the premise has always been "healthy is wealthy and wise."

Through the use of caffeine and high quality ingredients like maca, turmeric and collagen, adaptogenics such as lion’s mane, cordyceps, ashwagandha and reishi, each of Eleven TLC's recipes are uniquely crafted to help detoxify, energize, revitalize and promote “feeling good from the inside out,” per the news release.

Located within the Central Food Hall across from Batter Cookie Dough, Eleven TLC’s space was created in collaboration with The Design Theorem. According to the news release, the shop incorporates several sustainable practices such as working with local vendors whenever possible, eliminating dairy and serving all beverages in compostable cups and straws made out of renewable resources.

The store is open Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
