• Kate Hudson, 41, just shared a candid, no-makeup pic of herself and daughter Rani.
  • In the Instagram, the actress wears glasses and looks barely recognizable.
  • Kate keeps her skin glowing by drinking lots of water and getting facials on the reg.

Kicking off the week can be a struggle, no matter who you are. Apparently, Kate Hudson is just like the rest of us, because she just shared a super relatable post about it on Instagram.

The caption on the post was simple: "Monday... 🤷‍♀️." In the pic, Kate's toddler Rani is looking all kinds of upset, while the 41-year-old actress, who is wearing glasses and no makeup, with disheveled hair, is just trying to read a newspaper.

People heavily sympathized with Kate and Rani's Monday mood in the comments. “Love everything about this,” one fan wrote. “Same,” another said. “I feel this,” someone else wrote.

While the Fabletics co-founder is no stranger to sharing a no-makeup pic, the glasses are a new thing—and make her look kinda unrecognizable. Still, it’s hard to miss that gorgeous, glowy skin.

Kate shared the ins and outs of her skincare routine with Women’s Health last year, and it’s clear she works hard to get that glow.

On a daily basis, Kate said she just tries to stay well hydrated. But she also said she gets laser treatments from her go-to esthetician, Nurse Jamie before red carpet events. "That is like the greatest thing on the planet," Kate said. "It just makes my skin get really excited."

Kate also likes to get facials on the reg. "Sometimes, I'll get good about getting facials, and I'll do it like once a month for a couple months,” she said. "That's more of a decadent kind of fun thing. I think it's a really underestimated thing for your face is actual massage. We massage our body, but our face needs it too."

Oh! And she does herbal facial peels “once in a blue moon.”

“We have this facialist that I've used for years, and she has this natural peeling mask,” Kate said. “They are just these herbs activated with some kind of acid. It feels like she's putting a sandpaper on your skin. Acne and any kind of sun damage stuff just peels away.”

But overall, she’s just big on hydrating. "Water, to me, is the great kind of healer. And when I'm drinking good water, my skin looks the best,” she said. “If I had to conjure something up, it would be water."

Pass the H2O.
