Country Star Chris Young’s 2019 Tour Has 2 Virginia Stops
Chris Young has extended his 2019 "Raised On Country World Tour 2019." Here's how you can watch him at 2 shows in Virginia.
RICHMOND, VA — Country music star Chris Young is extending his 2019 tour and tickets to see the Grammy-nominated singer in Virginia are on sale now.
The multi-platinum singer’s “Raised On Country World Tour 2019” launched in May, playing to sold-out audiences over the first dozen shows.
Last week, Young announced he would add 19 shows to the original 25. On the docket now: Baltimore and Oklahoma City, as well as Lexington, Kentucky; Huntsville, Alabama; Columbia, Missouri; and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In Virginia, Young will perform on Aug. 31 at Innsbrook Pavilion in Glen Allen and Aug. 22 at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach. Click here to find tickets and enter the promo code “PatchTickets10” to get 10 percent off.
The singer has seen large success already this year. The tour is named after Young’s popular 2019 single “Raised On Country” and he crossed the 2 billion stream mark for his music.
Young also has an upcoming studio album featuring Lauren Alaina, which includes newly-released songs “Drowning” and “Town Ain’t Big Enough.”

Young is perhaps best known for his songs “I’m Comin’ Over,” “Gettin’ You Home,” and “You.” He was twice nominated for Grammy Awards, once in 2010 for “Gettin’ You Home” and again in 2016 for “Think Of You.”
