Convicted Thief Indicted On Stolen Nipple Covers Charge: Roundup

Milford man accused of hiding drugs inside his body; Goffstown teen indicted on incest, rape charges; woman indicted on wine bottle threat.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

Jasmine Vertigans, 33, of Province Road in Laconia, on a felony receiving stolen property charge on May 24, 2018, at Lowe's in Amherst, when she was accused of allowing Jonathan Vertigansinto her vehicle with stolen merchandise. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft crimes.

Christian Browne, 33, lower right, of McFarland Road in Goffstown, on felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between July and September 2018, he's accused of stealing $9,660 in cash from a Goffstown woman.

Derek Chadwell, 34, of Higgins Road in Manchester, on a felony criminal mischief charge – driving into a property owned by another in Weare on Feb. 10, 2019, causing more than $1,500 in damage.

John Dowding, 22, of Ward Drive in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He's accused of raping a woman in Goffstown on April 13.

Patrick Durgin, pictured upper right, 26, of Morning Glory Drive in Manchester, on a felony placement of simulated explosives charge on June 12, in Manchester. He is accused of placing a device under a vehicle to cause anxiety, unrest, fear, or personal discomfort to another person.

Adam Hodge, 42, of Lesmerises Road in Loudon, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine in Manchester on Oct. 29, 2018.

Brittany Hunt, 30, upper left, of Hitching Post Lane in Bedford, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge – 18 sets of nipple covers – from Spencer's Gifts in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, she's been convicted of theft.

Matthew Marlett, 40, lower left, of Elm Street in Goffstown, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, clonazepam, and willful concealment – items from Walmart, all felonies, on Jan. 10, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted theft twice.

Tanner Ricciardi, 27, upper center, of Osgood Road in Milford, on possession of a controlled drug-suboxone and delivery of articles to prisoners. He's accused of being in possession of the drug, inside of his body, on April 18, in the Valley Street Jail.

Dana Sargent, 18, of Joyce Drive in Goffstown, on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and two incest charges. Sargent is accused assaulting a girl between Aug. 1, and Sept. 30, 2013, in Goffstown.

Amy Weeks, 33, of Whitehall Road in Hooksett, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge in Manchester.

Beth Whittaker, 25, lower middle, of Langford Road in Candia, on first-degree assault and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She's accused of smashing a man inside a store in the face with a wine bottle and holding a bottle above her heard while screaming at a police officer on May 15, in Manchester.
