Disputes Over Flexible Working Requests Are on the Rise

The number of disputes relating to flexible working requests has continued to rise, new research suggests.

Employment law firm GQ Littler said there were 190 employment tribunal cases relating to flexible working in the past year, a slight increase on the previous year.
