It's Week 9 of the 2019 Alabama high school football season, and there are plenty of big games around the state.

10:28 PM, Big win for Clay-Chalkville:
Clay-Chalkville handed Oxford its first loss of the season Friday night as the Cougars held on to a 26-21 in a regional matchup.
Clay-Chalkville (6-2) got out to a quick 7-0 lead in the first quarter, but then both teams had trouble capitlizing and the score remained stagnant until after halftime.
Things began to shift in the Yellow Jackets' favor as they scored 14 in the third quarter, but then Clay-Chalkville flipped the script again and scored two rushing touchdowns, a field goal and safety to go up 26-14 with time winding down.
Oxford (7-1) pulled to within one score with just over four minutes to go in the game when Trey Higgins connected with Roc Taylor for a 17-yard score, but couldn't add more
