Enquiries by Colchester CID remain ongoing and police are now appealing for the public’s help.

"If you have seen this jewellery or have any further information which could help, please get in contact," a spokesman said.

Reports can be made by submitting a report online or by using the police's Live Chat service.

Alternatively, residents can call 101, or make an anonymous report by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers, by visiting their website or by calling 0800 555 111.

Any reports made should quote incident number 1106 of November 16.

The latest jewellery theft comes after jewellery, a large white Traffic suitcase and Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci and Pinko bags were snatched from a property in Colchester last year.
