A man was stabbed several times during a robbery in Rosemead on Monday, July 16.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Tom McNeil said after the stabbing at Pine Street and Garvey Avenue, the victim ran to the closest Los Angeles County fire station, which is on San Gabriel Boulevard.
Firefighters called the Sheriff’s Temple station at 7:47 a.m. and took the injured man to a hospital. McNeil said the man was in stable condition,
Deputies later detained someone but it turned out this person wasn’t the suspect, according to the lieutenant.
