Marie Harmon, the 1940s star who starred alongside the likes of Roy Rogers and Sunset Carson, has died at the age of 97.

The actress reportedly passed away Monday of natural causes in Los Angeles, reported Deadline.

Harmon’s death was confirmed by daughter Sondra Currie on social media.

Marie Harmon and Sunset Carson starred in the 1946 Western “The El Paso Kid.”

Born in 1923, Harmon was pushing 20 when she appeared in her first film “Hers to Hold,” starring Joseph Cotten and Deanna Durbin, according to IMDb.

She followed that up with cameos in B-films such as “Hat Check Honey” and “Hi Ya, Sailor,” before landing a supporting role in the 1944 film “South of Dixie.”

But in 1946, she snagged the leading role of Sally Stoner in the Western “The El Paso Kid,” playing opposite Carson.

Two years later, she co-starred with Rogers in “Night Time in Nevada.”

Soon after, Harmon’s career would soon fizzle out. Her final screen credit was the 1958 George Gobel comedy “I Married a Woman.”

She married three times, including Wolfgang Kaupisch for 35 years. The union with her first husband, William Jones, produced daughter Sondra, who has has appeared on numerous TV series and films including “The Golden Girls” and “Murder, She Wrote.”

Harmon had three children with second husband, Donald Currie, including daughters Cherie and Marie Currie, members of the 1970s girl band The Runaways.

Dakota Fanning played Cherie Currie in the 2010 biopic “The Runaways” and Riley Keough portrayed Marie. Oscar-winning actress Tatum O’Neal played Harmon.
