The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Athens

* DWI: Jane D. Ehrlich, 73, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:08 p.m. Friday on state Route 385 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Ehrlich was released with appearance tickets for Athens Town Court.

Durham

* DWI: Michael P. Hogan, 63, of Maywood, N.J., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:37 a.m. Saturday on state Route 145 in Durham and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and was ticketed for speeding. Hogan was released with appearance tickets for Durham Town Court.

Livingston

* Grand larceny/identity theft: Daniel J. Repka, 21, of Chatham, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:24 p.m. Friday at the state police barracks at 3353 U.S. Route 9, and was charged with grand larceny with a credit card and identity theft, both felonies. Repka was released after posting $500 bail. Further information was unavailable.

Lloyd

* Drugs: Hemyar M. Almaflehi, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and with having a controlled substance in an non-original container and possession of marijuana, both violations. Almaflehi was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Wawarsing

* Prison contraband: Joshua Kesney, 23, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:20 a.m. Friday at the Ulster Correctional Facility, 750 Berme Road, and was charged with felony possession of prison contraband. Kesney, an inmate, was returned to prison with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

* Prison contraband: Shaw Keeyon, 31, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9 a.m. Friday at the Ulster Correctional Facility, 750 Berme Road, and was charged with felony possession of prison contraband. Keeyon, an inmate, was returned to prison with an appearance ticket fro Wawarsing Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
