David Hasselhoff was once known for his legendary rockin' bod on Baywatch, but it's not as if the man has aged poorly — after all, he still looked pretty good when SpongeBob and Patrick rode him to Bikini Bottom.

But with the recent advancements in deepfake technology, anyone with deft editing skills can literally turn back time on the Hoff. YouTuber VFXChris Ume did exactly that, using footage from a recent Access Live interview.

Ume takes away the traditional signs of aging, such as pronounced neck muscles and gray hairs, but then also chooses to remove his chest hair. Excuse me? Who wants less chest hair from David Hasselhoff?

But what's particularly incredible is Ume's use of old Baywatch footage to deepfake Hasselhoff's face. This may have terrifying implications for the media industry, but I don't feel like anyone's quite ready to unpack this here.

For now, this power is used for good, like using Will Smith's face on Neo from the Matrix.
