Sandra Bullock finally has Georgia off her mind.
The actress has sold her massive Georgia estate in Tybee Island for $4.175 million —about $2.33 million under the asking price, People reported on Thursday.
The “Birdbox” star initially listed the home for $6.5 million in April 2019.
The two-residence compound, located just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, includes seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and sits on about 2.75 acres of land.
Bullock reportedly purchased the property in segments between June 2001 and March 2002 to combine into one estate for a total of more than $4.5 million, according to Variety (via People.)
The main house includes a gourmet kitchen, private home gym, basketball court and several screened-in porches. And outside sits a large swimming pool and a path leading straight to the beach.
The guest house next door includes three bedrooms, a game room, an outdoor grill and an accessible rooftop with ocean views.
The estate, sold with Celia Dunn of Sotheby’s International Realty, was reportedly purchased fully furnished.
Aside from her primary residence in Beverly Hills, California, Bullock owns a dozen properties across the country — including six homes near Austin, Texas, according to Variety.
