A woman walking in Midtown was struck by a bicyclist blowing through a red light, leaving her in a coma with a fractured skull, cops said Thursday.

The 67-year-old victim was walking on W. 57th St. between Fifth and Sixth Aves. when she was struck around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to cops.

The Fort Greene, Brooklyn, resident was rushed to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center with a fractured skull, authorities said.

“She’s going into surgery with a very serious brain injury,” her husband told the Daily News Wednesday.

The cyclist, Damian Deward, 40, remained on the scene and was slapped with a summons for running a red light, authorities said. He lives in a Brooklyn homeless shelter.
